Get help

To help us help you quickly, include:

• the email address you sign in with;
• what you were trying to do, and what happened instead;
• where it happened: web app, iOS app, or an AI assistant (and which one);
• a link to the page, if it is about a page, and a screenshot if you have one.

Please do not send share links or content you would not want us to see. We will ask if we need more.

Guides

• Connecting an AI assistant. The agent guide explains how to connect ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants to your workspace. You can also paste the link into your assistant and ask it to follow the steps.
• For agents and tools. llms.txt is a short, machine-readable summary of wunel and where things are.

iOS app

The wunel iOS app is in beta on TestFlight. To try it, email support@wunel.com and ask for an invite.
